Level 1. Basic Business Back Office.
- Provide personal LIVE phone answering support.
- Deliver your Daily detailed calendar and an “at a glance” Horizon report for future work.
- Handle all of your routine Customer interactions.
- Schedule your Customer estimate meetings, follow-ups and other workday activities.
- Immediate responses to new Customers assuring that you do not loose your referrals.
- Coordinate any deliveries of purchased materials & supplies.
- Immediate Priority Notification if an item call requires your attention.
- Follow-up with your Customers upon job completion.
Problems or delays? One call to BBO and we handle all the details.
Level 2. Premium Business Back Office. Includes additional services:
- Easy to read Action Register, your “Things to do” list, of associated pending work items.
- Professional preparation and distribution of your estimates and billing invoices using your customized stationery.
Other benefits and office support services available on request.
- Prepare documentation and correspondence.
- Targeted mailings, including brochures and other marketing materials and salesware to promote and generate new work.
Other Office work as requested.
We keep you calendar and action activity list up to the minute.
Your Calendar and other reports are delivered at the time of day specified by you, either by FAX, email or by telephone pager. All your data is always securely available by the WEB, either to print or to edit.
